ORDERING INFORMATION & PRIVACY

REFUNDS
All sales are final and complete. NOPATTERN, INC./NP&CO is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment by the USPS. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase upon arrival due to printing, physical damage, or otherwise, do not hesitate to contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) - please include your order number in your email and we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue to satisfaction.
SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery within the continental US and 2-3 weeks for delivery to international regions. Currently, US shipping prices are calculated based on item & location while international shipments are set to a $12 USD flat rate. Prints are generally shipped rolled inside double-walled cardboard tubes for maximum quality control and protection of the artwork. Books & shirts are shipped flat and always separately from prints, even if placed within the same order (ie. a single order of 1 print and 1 book will arrive in 2 separate packages).
COLORS & ACCURACY OF ITEMS
We strive to show all products as true to physical form as possible, however given the nature of the artwork and the variation in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee the colors to be 100% identical to what you see on-screen. However, all JPGs of artwork on the site are derived from their full-size originals and are generally very accurate. All prints, unless specifically marked otherwise, are not signed.
SHIRTS
All t-shirts are printed on various American Apparel tees. Please note these generally run a bit small so please check their sizing chart here before ordering.
